VENUE DETAILS

We’ve outlined key details about the venue below to help you plan your day with ease. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any additional questions!

HOURS

The Venue is open from 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM. 

CAPACITY

The Lotus Ranch offers the capacity to host outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for to 150 guests in our rustic barn venue. Coming in 2026 we will be able to accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony and 350 guests in our wedding arena for a reception. 

CEREMONY

Currently the main ceremony space is in the middle of the property on a large grassy area with up to 150 white chairs provided by the venue. Should it rain, we will assist in moving the ceremony inside. This decision must be made by 10:00 am or a minimum of 4 hours prior to the wedding. The venue also has a couple smaller areas available as ceremony spaces that will accommodate up to 75 guests. 

The main area will be suited to accommodate additional guests in 2026.

CATERING & BARTENDING POLICY

We offer a preferred list of catering and bartending services. Any caterer or bartending service outside of the preferred list will be noted as an exception and written on the contract. This will need to be discussed and approved prior to signing the contract. 

ALCOHOL POLICY

Due to rules and regulations set forth by the city and county no outside alcohol is allowed. If outside liquor/alcohol is found it will be confiscated.

SECURITY

When alcohol is served, security is required. This is an additional fee of $275 and is paid by the Bride/Groom directly to the security guard. We are happy to facilitate the connection to a couple of different security options for you.

ONSITE RESTROOMS

Yes! While getting ready, the bridal party has access to the house and can use any of the 4 restrooms. During the wedding/event the wedding party and all guests have access to a 6 stall (3 men / 3 women) Luxury Restroom Trailer located on the side of the house near the barn.

DECOR

You are welcome to bring in your own decor! The only limitation being that nothing can be permanently or semi-permanently attached via glue, staples, etc., to any part of the property. Tape, string, zip ties, or other temporary attachment items are acceptable.
 
The Venue offers a few different color neutral table décor options for rental.

PETS

Couple’s pets are welcome to be part of wedding photos and the ceremony. All requests for pets to attend must be discussed, approved, and proof of current rabies vaccination on file, prior to signing the contract as it will all be noted in the contract. All pets must be removed from the property immediately after the ceremony. No additional pets are allowed and at no time are any pets are allowed inside of the buildings or house. 

ONSITE PARKING

There is a large parking area on the property and a golf cart is available help transport elderly and handicapped guests if needed. The golf cart will be driven by Lotus Ranch staff only. At no time should a guest drive or operate the golf cart. There will also be a parking attendant available to help direct parking until an obvious pattern is noticeable. No overnight parking is allowed.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE

Please let us know if a handicapped restroom is needed and we will arrange for this to be provided.

TABLES & CHAIRS

For 2025, the venue has 150 chairs for the ceremony and reception, along with sufficient round tables to seat all 150 guests. Additionally, banquet tables will be available for the wedding party during the reception.

In 2026, the venue will be able to offer enough tables and chairs to accommodate up to 200 guests for the ceremony and 300 guests for a reception in the wedding arena. 

SMOKING

We kindly ask that smoking take place in the designated smoking area only. There are cigarette disposal receptacles in that area for your convenience. 

REHEARSAL

We do not offer rehearsals the night before. You are welcome to run through your ceremony on the day of your wedding. Many couples choose to run through this off site at their rehearsal dinner.

SPARKLERS

We love a good sparkler exit, but we have special rules that you need to follow for everyone’s safety. Please contact us for more information.

CANDLES

Real flame candles are allowed but must be in a glass container where the flame is 3 inches below the rim of the container.

INSURANCE

We require wedding event insurance. This will cost about $125 and the Lotus-Retreat, LLC must be listed as an additional insured party.
