Our historic barn venue will be thoughtfully enhanced to welcome up to 180 guests, preserving its timeless charm while still ensuring comfort and functionality. Additionally, we will introduce a newly designed venue area, that will be available from April through December. This new fully enclosed venue space will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing us to host ceremonies, receptions, and events for up to 300 guests. It will also feature a stylish lounge area, perfect for a relaxed yet elegant cocktail hour. This expansion reflects our commitment to elegance, hospitality, and the ever-evolving needs of those celebrating life’s most meaningful moments with us.

While getting ready, the bridal party has access to the house and can use any of the restrooms within their prep areas. During the wedding or event, the wedding party and all guests have access to a 6-stall Luxury Restroom Trailer (divided into 3 stalls for men and 3 stalls for women) located on the side of the house near the barn. This setup ensures that everyone can comfortably enjoy the amenities throughout the special day.

Our venue will then be equipped to accommodate up to 300 guests for the ceremony and 300 guests for full and lively dinner and dancing reception. Q: What if it's going to rain on the day of my wedding?A: At Lotus Ranch, the main ceremony space is situated in the heart of our grounds amidst a large grassy area that can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests with seating provided by the venue. In the event of inclement weather, we will relocate your ceremony inside. To ensure a smooth transition we require that this decision be made by 10:00 am on the day of the wedding, or at least 4 hours prior to the ceremony start time. Rest assured, we will work closely with you to ensure your event proceeds smoothly, regardless of the weather.
